Accordingly, use of this website is entirely at your own risk, and we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this website, or as to the information, content, materials, suppliers or products included on this website. To the extent that this website might contain links to websites operated by third parties, we have not endorsed or approved such other websites, or the information and materials on those websites.
Subject only to any responsibility or liability implied by law which cannot be excluded, we are not liable to you for any losses, damages, liabilities, claims and expenses whatsoever relating to or arising out of information, materials or services provided on or through our website, and where any responsibility or liability cannot by law be excluded, our liability is limited, to the extent possible, to the supply of the goods or services again, the repair of goods, or the payment of the costs of having the goods or services repaired or supplied again.
If the person placing the order is different to the details on the credit card submitted, we reserve the right to verify that the card holder has given permission for the transaction and we may request payment by direct deposit instead of a credit card transaction.
1.0 Payment
Payment is via the Paypal gateway, however you don’t need a Paypal account, just use your Visa or Mastercard. If you prefer to pay by American Express, please email or call us.
Should you prefer to not to enter your details online, you may ring us to arrange over the phone payment. Alternatively you can pay by EFT, and email the details separately. Our bank details are as follows:

2.0 Delivery
Delivery of goods will be organized once payment has been accepted and cleared by Town and Country Vehicle Accessories.
Goods supplied within Australia and will normally be delivered within 7 working days of receipt of order. We do ship internationally.
Shipping is via couriers or Australia post. The method of delivery is determined by the weight and size of the package.
We shall endeavour to meet agreed delivery dates, but in the event that dates cannot be met we will contact the buyer by email or telephone to arrange revised dates or refund.
Delivery of the goods shall be made to the buyer’s address specified in the order and the buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
Delivery: Someone must be at a business delivery address 9.00am - 5pm Monday to Friday to sign for your delivery. If this is not possible, perhaps you have friends or family with a business address who could receive the item on your behalf. We cannot vary these conditions. Delivery to a PO Box is only possible is the size of the item is within the Australia Post size specifications . Advance notification of delivery by phone or email is not possible. If there is no-one available to sign for the goods and they are subsequently lost or damaged, we will not be liable for the loss.
Do not place your order if you cannot comply with the above delivery requirements, if there is no-one available to sign for the goods, we are not liable for goods that may become damaged or missing or lost and you may have to pick up the goods at your expense from the transport company's depot. We may from time to time indicate estimated delivery times, but we cannot guarantee delivery times or be held responsible for delays caused by manufacturing or delivery. Please be aware that different are ordered from different suppliers. It is most likely that if multiple items are ordered, they will be delivered direct to your business address separately. We cannot guarantee all items will be delivered at the one time. Do not place an order if exact delivery times are crucial to you. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order, we will notify you within 2 business days.
3.0 Acceptance
All goods delivered to the buyer should be inspected at the time of delivery. Should the buyer find any faults or damages of the goods delivered, the buyer must notify Town and Country Vehicle Accessories in writing within 24 hours from delivery of the goods. Should the buyer fail to report such issues prior to 24 hours, notify Town and Country Vehicle Accessories will deem the goods to be in working order without any faults or damages and any claims outside the 24 hours will be handled in accordance with out warranty policy described in clause 4.0.
4.0 Warranty
Town and Country Vehicle Accessories will not be held liable for any damages or loss caused by any goods sold to the buyer. In the event that goods are found to be faulty, it is the responsibility of the buyer to alert Town and Country Vehicle Accessories in writing of the known faults as soon as they are detected. Upon receipt of the complaint, Town and Country Vehicle Accessories will look into the complaint on behalf of the buyer.
Should the goods be deemed faulty, the goods will be replaced or repaired only if the goods are still covered under the manufacturer warranty. In this instance the goods will be sent out to the manufacturer and will be delivered to the buyer once they are deemed rectified. Should the goods be deemed faulty and fall outside the manufacturers warranty, the buyer will be advised and also notified of the costs to have the items repaired.
Any additional fees such as delivery charges or manufacturer testing charges will also be passed on to the buyer. Should the items be deemed faulty due to intentional or accidental damage caused directly by the buyer, then those items will not be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and the buyer will be made responsible to cover any fees applied to Town and Country Vehicle Accessories during the handling of those goods.
5.0 Refunds / Exchange
Town and Country Vehicle Accessories will not under any circumstances issue a refund to the buyer for any goods purchased either online or directly through a consultant. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure all items purchased are indeed the item or items which they require prior to payment. Should the buyer change their mind and request a refund of the goods, Town and Country Vehicle Accessories will deny such requests. Should the item be faulty and covered under the manufacturer warranty as described in clause 4.0, Town and Country Vehicle Accessories will arrange for the repair or replacement.
Cancellation of an order
Cancellation of an order will incur a 25% administration fee (with a minimum of $60 + GST) When placing an order online, it is final and in most cases cannot be deleted once the order has been received, without a cancellation fee and associated costs.

Furthermore, we cannot guarantee that any file or program available for download from or via our website or from any website linked to our website is free from virus or any other condition which might or could damage or interfere with data, hardware or software with which it might be used, and in accessing this website, you assume all risk of use of all programs and files on this website, and you release Town and Country Vehicle Accessories and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, successors and assigns entirely from all responsibility or liability for any consequences of or arising out of your use of this website or any website linked to this website.
